1031 Fees, Costs and Commissions

You pay nothing for the services of 1031Replace.Com.  We may receive commissions from TIC and private REIT sponsors (paid to our broker-dealer, OMNI Brokerage, Inc., and shared with us) or commissions or referral fees from sellers of Triple Net Properties and traditional properties (or from their brokers), commissions from Exclusive Resorts, etc. 

Your only costs and fees are closing costs for some of the  programs, but we will help you determine what these will be before you make a final commitment to purchase anything.
